If the fulfilled product does not meet the specified requirements stated at the time of order placement, an extensive internal review will be conducted, and the content will be revised or recreated at no additional cost.
Revisions

Refunds

Change of Mind:
- Before Work Initiation: Clients may request a refund within one business day after placing an order if they wish to do so before writers and editors start working. The request must be in writing via email.
- After-Work Initiation: Refund claims post-project initiation will be considered if the client has used at least three revisions and a partial refund may be issued.
Late Delivery:
- Amazon Publishing Experts’ Guarantee: We guarantee on-time deliveries. If a project is not delivered on time due to unforeseen reasons and the client has made at least three contact attempts, a 50% refund will be processed with documented evidence of the delay being our fault.
- Client-Related Delays: Refunds for late deliveries won't be provided if the delay is caused by the client's fault.
Inadequate Delivery:
- Feedback and Revisions: Refund requests are accepted if the client has documented at least three revision requests and communicated concerns to our support team three times within two weeks.
